These terms govern your use of clearseat.io and any ClearSeat domain that forwards to it (the "site"). By using the site you agree to them. They cover the website only; services we deliver to clients are governed by a separate written agreement.
You may use the site to learn about ClearSeat and to contact us. You may not use it to send unsolicited messages, to attempt to gain access to systems or data you are not authorized to reach, to interfere with its operation, or for any unlawful purpose. We may block access from any source that violates these terms.
The site describes our services in general terms. Figures such as typical FUE reductions, percentages of users by license tier, and license costs are illustrative ranges drawn from our experience across SAP estates. They are not a promise of results for any particular organization, and they are not licensing, legal, financial or tax advice. The outcome of any engagement depends on the client's systems, data and decisions, and is set out in the agreement for that engagement.
We try to keep the site accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is complete, error-free or up to date, and we may change it at any time without notice.
Submitting a request through the site does not create a contract or an obligation on either side. Any engagement begins only when a statement of work or other written agreement is signed by both parties. Information you submit is handled as described in our privacy policy.
The site, its text, design, logo and the ClearSeat name are owned by ClearSeat, Inc. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation of our services. You may not copy, republish or use the ClearSeat name or logo without our written permission. SAP, S/4HANA and RISE with SAP are trademarks of SAP SE. ClearSeat is an independent company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or a partner of SAP SE.
The site may link to other websites and uses third-party services to operate (hosting, analytics, forms, email). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties.
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClearSeat disclaims all warranties about the site, express or implied, and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
